If your number is registered with DND then kindly click here to deactivate DND .No refund will be provided if you are not able to receive SMS due to DND registration. Kindly deposit payment only after de-activating DND. Also, as per government rule SMS can be sent only between 09:00am to 09:00pm IST. Any changes made by the government would be implemented by the company in future,and no refund can be provided because of this.
08	These messages are under the clause and relates to a service or financial transaction under a specific contract between the parties to such contract under National Do Not Call Registry or any other international law. If they wish not to receive such messages, it should be communicated well in time. As the rule is in force by Indian Governement, we are bind by it, we cant do anything under this and no refund will be provided under any circumstances. Since we are not a mobile network operator we do not guarantee the delivery of SMS text messages.
12	The applicants to these services confirm that they have provided the accurate mobile number to be reached by SMS and the applicant is the owner or its legitimate user, or that the applicant has the consent of the owner or legitimate user, of the mobile phone using for the Services.
13	The applicant of the services offered by BFincap acknowledges that using another person’s mobile phone/providing inaccurate mobile phone number/unauthorized use of mobile phone number for receiving the SMS may entail disclosure of applicant ‘s confidential information which disclosure shall be at the sole risk of the applicant
14	The applicant acknowledges that the SMS Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with the applicant’s mobile phone network, including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. BFincap is not responsible or liable to the applicant for any loss, damage or expenses incurred directly or indirectly.
15	Subscribers depositing cash, have to deposit the cash handling charges as mentioned on our website. 5 working days will be deducted in case the cash handling charges are not deposited or partially deposited for payment above 900 and 8 working days for payment below 900.
16	The applicant shall at its sole risk be responsible for taking all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized persons gaining access to the services. You are also not allowed to distribute these services at your end, breach of which will be liable for legal action and termination of service without any refund.
17	If due to any reasons may be technically or personally, if service is not provided on any days, then subscription period will be increased by that much working days. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
